Well, there is one by I believe Pat Mora called Legal Alien, and I think that would fit Dolphus Raymond and his kids.
Bi-lingual, Bi-cultural,
able to slip from "How's life?"
to "Me'stan volviendo loca,"
able to sit in a paneled office
drafting memos in smooth English,
able to order in fluent Spanish
at a Mexican restaurant,
American but hyphenated,
viewed by Anglos as perhaps exotic,
perhaps inferior, definitely different,
viewed by Mexicans as alien,
(their eyes say, "You may speak
Spanish but you're not like me")
an American to Mexicans
a Mexican to Americans
a handy token
sliding back and forth
between the fringes of both worlds
by smiling
by masking the discomfort
of being pre-judged
Bi-laterally.
And also,
Scout
Tomboy, brave, intelligent, loving
Sister of Jem
Lover of justice, chewing gum, reading, and Alabama summers
Who feels outrage when her dad is maligned, happiness when school is over, and fright on a dark Halloween night.
Who needs her dad's acceptance, Jem's loyalty, and Dill's admiration
Who gives friendship easily, black eyes to cousins, and sassy words to Calpurnia
Who fears Boo's dark house, owls in the night, and giving her open palms to the teacher
Who would like to see all mockingbirds sing freely whether they are creatures of flight, shy neighbors, or kind handymen
Resident of Maycomb, Alabama

I dont have a copy of the book here so it would be very difficult to write the poem using only words found in the novel.
However, I can give you ideas as to what to write in your poem and you wouldn't have to look forever for words...
You could write about a specific character and locate something about that character in the book...for instance bob ewell when he is first described as a poor, dirty drunk...just use words that are similar to this to descibe him in a poem
OR you could do boo radley and talk about the house, the tree, the mystery of him and his story...that is all from the beginning of the book
ummm...you could write about the trial so chap 18-21 i think...and tom robinson and the verdict...so words like innocent yet guilty, black or n word to fit the book, caring and soft yet accused,
Good luck...just take 4 or5 mins and look for a bunch of words about one character or event and write them down to make a poem Good luck
