are contacts better to wear than glasses?

ive already been wearing them for a few months, and i like that they dont strain the eye and make my entire field of vision perfect, plus its really comfortable

i have around -1.75 in each eye.. so not too bad

I wear glasses and I prefer them to contacts. I've been told I suit glasses and the only time I don't wear them is occasionally on nights out, when I'm going to be too drunk to focus properly anyway. :P

Glasses can be really flattering, if you have the right shape and size for your face. Personally, I have a big soft spot for guys in glasses.

contacts are good on special occasions usually, when u dont want glasses ruining ur overall appearance, like during a ball , etc. but contacts can be very convenient as well, because u're free from the hassle of glasses on the bridge of ur nose, which might sometimes leave marks.

also, with contacts, u can change the colour of ur eyes, to match ur outfit. gives u a different, fresh look everytime. but contacts can be dangerous, because u're putting something foreign into a delicate area, and if u aint careful, it might cause some serious damage. and u have to be extra careful u dont get sea water into ur eyes when wearing contacts, coz they BURN! and also cant sleep with contacts. danger waiting to happen.

so i guess if u're not the lazy type, then contacts should be a good option. but if u wanna play safe, then go for glasses dude. :)

I like my contacts so much better than glasses. They make me feel better about myself. I've had glasses since the 2nd grade (and probably needed them before then).
My eye doctor got me a good quality brand of contacts and I really like them. I think it's called Optix. They don't dry out and you can't even tell you're wearing them. Just be sure to take them out before you go to sleep!

In short, I recommend getting contacts.

It all depends on your eyesight.If you have very bad eyesight contacts are better.If your eyesight is fair,but not great,glasses are better.If your optomotrist gives you an option,it's really your opinion.Contacts can give you migraine headaches sometimes,depending on the length of time the contacts are in,or if they dry out.Glasses can break,and have alot of small parts.

yea. glasses arent that bad but contacts are better for your looks. if your talking about comfort, ive never heard people complain about them, you get used to them i guess. just make sure to get a good brand and talk to your eye doctor if you are looking for contacts.
