just ask if he knows that love is more important than anything, he might just find that out, and if he disagrees then so be it

Is this someone you hardly know, or is it your boyfriend? If you don't know this person and don't have a relationship, just forget telling him. Quit pining away for someone. Go elsewhere and forget this object of your affection. You will just open yourself to hurt and humiliation if you blurt something like that out. If this is someone with whom you are having a relationship, you should wait until the time is "right" and just tell him. Love is everything, yes, but don't make a fool of yourself with someone you don't really know. Take care and be careful.

how old are you? how do u know what love is? any way write him notes telling him that you like him. if he already knows that ask him out for dinner and tell him that you really like him and that yuo love him and that you hope he feels the same way about you.
