In iTunes you can convert your music to different kinds of files. first click the "iTunes" drop menu and click "Preferences" Then click the "Advanced" Tab. In there click the "Importing" tab and then theres a drop menu that says "Import Using" here you can select Mp3/AAC/AIFF/ALE/ or WAV formats. once you've selected what you want to convert your mp3's too then hit OK. Next select the song you want to convert, then hit the "Advanced" drop menu, then "Convert Selection to ****" ***=whatever you chose.
i hope that helps good luck!
