what i got is because of light microscope, scientists can view all aspects of different specimen, but i need more examples..

2) Cheap to buy and maintain (around £200 for a gih quality light microscope, £500,000 - £1m for a second hand electron microscope)
3) Can be used without a power supply or with a normal socket (electron microscopes require a special 50,000V power supply)
4) Real Colour
5) Slides are easy to make
6) Simple to use
7) Do not require a specially trained technician

The first three are the best for use in an exam.
