Is Kingdom Hearts 2 final mix + coming out in the U.S?

Ive been doin alot of research on this game but every web has an indefinate awnser as to if KH2FM+ is coming out in the U.S does anyone know if this is comin out in U.S or is gonna be japan only release again?

EGM said yes and so did 1up, but everyone else is saying no. Only time will tell, it's going to be released on March 29th in japan.

Rumors are circulating it'll have one of the chasers that you can fight in it, and it does include a fight between Sora and Roxas.
