You can wash it in a clean sink. Just fill it up with warm water and some gentle detergent, like Woolite, and soak it a bit, swish it around, scrub gently at any stains or spots, and then rinse it well and either hang it up or lay it flat to dry.

I would think that even letting it soak in a sink with 2-5 drops of dishwashing liquid would be better than nothing. Swirl it around a few times after it has sat about 10 mins. Woolite is good too, my wife uses that on blouses and it even gets out food stains.

get laundry detergent and washi ti in your sink or shower and then after air dry it over you shower rod thing and if you dont have one
which you should but anyways
then hang it over somenthing and put a towel under it
