I'm a beginer and I don't know how to put on a guitar strap. I read a lot online about how to do it, but I still don't get it. Help Me Please!

I play and teach on the side, so...

I'll assume you have an acoustic:
Check the bottom of your guitar for a metal 'strap button'. Almost all guitars have them. Check the heel(where the neck meets the body) for another strap button. If there's no strap button on the heel, you can tie the strap around the headstock(where the tuners are) with a shoelace. I'd recommend buying strap buttons if not already installed. They're about $3-$5 dollars a pair, without installation- I strongly recommend letting the shop do it- it may involve drilling, so...

Good Luck-

on the strap pegs located on the bottom (below where the strings go) and on the tip of the top curve of the body (on the left when the guitar is standing up). the holes on the strap go over the pegs

theres a thing on the guitar that looks like a screw...there's two of them: one by the neck and one on the bottom. there are holes on either end of the strap. just put the screw-looking-things through the holes and you're done.
