We are having some trouble with Norton Antivirus ---Paid them on line with credit card, but they have not yet renewed our virus protection . My husband e-mailed them about a week ago and has not yet received an answer. I say we should write to Norton Antivirus ---paper, ink, and regestered mail. But we can't find their mailing address.

My children and husband tell me that there is no such thing as a physical mailing address, which I find hard to believe.

You didn't get an email with an installation code? Did you go back to the online store and find your order number? It will let you try to download it again. I'd call them instead of writing them. http://www.symantec.com/feedback/contactus.jsp

paid for Norton virus protection, one month too soon, never received e-mail confirmation, the anti- virus protection was installed in feb. 2014. this is fraud , isn't it. when my Norton antivirus protection expires, i'll cancel the service and have my internet service discontinued as well. you guys suck, big time.
