Not on eBay, I mean in stores. In the Albany county, please? Please list the stores if there are more than one. I can't find any in my area, but Albany's close.

These items are very hard to find in stores (except nibbed pens and india ink). Even the high-end art stores like Dick Blick or Utrecht. When I got them I was attending a comic book convention in San Diego. The screen tone is most often called Deleter Screen.
