What is a good Tristan & Isolde Book to read that is understandable for teenagers? I really want to read the book, but i can't find the right one. Also, would the local library have it, or can you buy it at Barnes and Nobles?

Troilus and Criseyde was written by Geoffrey Chaucer. New translation by Barry Windeatt which is excellent. Oxford University Press published it, but you can get it in most book stores as well. ($9.95 USA). Library likely to have a copy, but may not have new translation. Originally one of finest narrative poems in the English language. New translation is Modern Prose and still gives you the full range of Chaucer's style. Also, Windeatt a leading Chaucerian, so don't try something "easier" as it won't be quite the same.
