No.. she doesnt have the stuff nor the attitude be in the top 10.. maximum she can come was when she touched the 30s.. it would be a downward path from now mostly.. eventhough i agree that she has come up in ranks of late..

in my opinion she can't be among the top 10 rankers. its our usual behaviour to praise the players more than the limit.This over expectations may lead to spoilage of the game. she might again reach to top 50 atmost
