Go to the doctor , something serious could be wrong. High blood pressure, apnea could possibly keep you from getting a good night sleep, I went through it. Doc gave me meds for the pressure and a light dose sleep aid and I wake up feeling great. Try it , He or she can give you samples if you need it.High pressure can lead to a stroke,you dont want someone else wiping your azz for you, do it for yourself,your family will thank you.

If you are always sleepy, then it's possible that you are sleeping too much, or for too long at night. Exercising before dinner should help you get to bed and get a good night's sleep, hopefully helping you wake up feeling refreshed.

Try getting on a sleep schedule.
Some caffeine can not hurt.
Take a multi-vitamin (a good as opposed to a cheap one)
If your sleepy, take a power nap.
Start exercising.
Enjoy life. (Corny, but true)
