you cant i have a 98 cavy and it tops out at 107 ive tried everything two things will work theres a purple and a green wire on the tranny strip and connect them to a toggle switch turn the switch on when you govenor kicks in you dash and anti lock brakes go off and thats not good so you can just by a performane programer summit racing catalog ha one for 150$ check it out good luck

Simple go to a performace shop have it done there or bur a programer from them either way it will cost you.

built into the PCM, you will have to have a friend with a Tech 2 do it for you, but i doubt a dealer will do it.

I dealer doesn't have the capability of doing it.
You would have to go aftermarket!
