First question suggestions: Weight, height, social status [money], location [where they live], their political beliefs, their religion, their personal beliefs, their clothing, their overall appearance, etc.
Second question: Wtf, why are you asking? If it's a personal thought or view on racism, you should answer it yourself. >.>;

Martin Luther King Jr. said, " I have a dream that one day my children will be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin." A persons character is defined by what beliefs he lives by. Actions speak louder than words. Basic characteristics to judge a person by could be: living according to their own standards (that shows conviction, courage and thwarts ignorance as an argument to hate someone), capabilities of compassion, empathy, remorse show that the person has a conscious (often considered the condition of the soul), kindness versus malice, helpfulness (willing to help without reward), sincerity, honesty, a willingness to learn from others versus a closed mind and refusing to admit when they are or could be wrong, considerate of others (space, needs and feelings) and their general attitude. "Let bygones be bygones," is essentially a lesson in forgiveness. Another saying is to, "judge a person by the week, not by the day." We all have bad days and display negative temperments. We are not perfect and should not expect others to be. Ithink you should answer the next question according to your own thoughts. There are stereotypes for a reason, they are guidelines of possibilities and warnings, however they are not consistant, so to judge a person by the color of their skin or their nationality is not only ignorant, sad, but also inhibits personal growth and possibly a friendship.

We should not judge people but rather accept that the differences in the races add to the experiences of others. We should look at a person for who he/she is rather than what color their skin is or the slant of their eyes.
I think that racism could easily be eliminated if we as a people could somehow learn to teach just one generation not to hate. Hatred and ignorance are the real problem, without hatred and ignorance racism would not exist.

If color had nothing to do with it. A person should be judged on character. Contributions to society. Their ability to help others in need. I'm not a fan of racism. I wish the word did not exist. It's hard enough trying to be successful in life without someone making comments like Cyrus just did. I'm sure he is not indigenous to this land. That makes my point. Hate is a very strong word, and I don't think people really understand it when they use it.

First of all, we are not judges. That is the problem. People decide that they hate someone because of race, I look for someone who has compassion, tolerance, honesty, and a good sence of humor.. That is what makes a person worthy of my friendship. People dont try to be nice anymore. Everyone wants to be liked, but they don't want to be likeable. Racism is something that I have never understood. We are all different in one way or another. Acceptance of each other is a good way to start.

My mother always used the old cliche of not judging a book by its cover; this saying applies itself nicely to judging a person by their specific race. Racism is a superficial view which tends to give a false sense of who an individual or a group of individuals are on a deeper level. An individual should be judged by their character and their decisions not the color of their skin. Stereotyping a group of people doesn't really hurt that specific group, it tends to hurt and effect the individual who holds the stereotype and believes them to be true, for it is that individual who has a limited scope of the truth about that specific population of people.
The bias of your paper should reflect your feelings on racism.
I typed this up quickly; I hope it gives you some ideas and I also hope we are on the same page in regards to racism.

Only too often, some people act as though blacks and whites are the only ethnicities living in American society. Ahem! Well what about Latinos and Asians? They are citizens too. Racism exists against blacks, whites, Latinos, Asians, and other various cultures/ethnicities within this nation. And racism is wrong no matter who it's directed at.
I do not see how it is "racist" to notice a person's skin color. How is that any different from noticing a person's hair color, eye color, or gender, or even the color of shirt someone is wearing? If you notice someone's skin color, all it means is that you are observant. And that's nothing to be ashamed of. Of course, proponents of symbolic political correctness will stubbornly argue with me about this.
However, judging someone because of their skin color is racist. It's the same philosophy as genderism (judging others based on gender) or orientationism (judging someone based on sexual orientation). We are all born with a certain skin color, and it is part of who we are. It is not something we can control. So why should anyone be held liable based solely on their genetic heritage?
Instead, I prefer to judge people based on how they treat others and their outlook on other people. If someone makes stupid generalizations in reference to race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation then they deserve to be condemned.

1) character, how the person conducts thyself are they trustworthy, dependable, loyal, fair, just, honest? Are they a good person and fellow human? This is the best measure of a person. As Dr. MartinLuther King, Jr. said, judge aperson not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. 2) Racism is counterproductive. It creates tension, friction and division and does not permit the best and brightest to be fully heard and it prevents many form reaching their full potential because of denied opportunity to education, safe neighborhoods, economic opportunity. It is simply illogical.

People should be judged by their actions, not the words they speak the dialect they speak them with. You should judge folks in a better light if they are able to speak without colouring their thoughts with predijuce or xenophobic phrases, rather than by the colour of their costume or skin. Finally you should value people by the amount of compassion in their eyes, not the shape of the eye or its colour. Oh and I tend to award more points to my students when they do their own course work.

We should judge people on their choices and what they make of their lives. And in a way we shouldn't judge people at all.
Racism is an antiquated view and should be eradicated from everyone's mind.
