Poorly put off the top of my head I'd say: 1. Thinking or ideas or thinking about ideas like people all loving each other and talking together about valuable things, ending war, answers not just questions. 2. Valuable things, like values, hope, love, forgiveness (because resentment makes you unhappy), 3. Life. That's to say loving life and everything beautiful and ugly in it and out of it, real and unreal. Not the really ugly stuff like war except like stopping it, under what I like number one (1). I'm not trying to sound politcally correct just saying. Say, if you really want an answer type happiness in the blank space above and click on the search button. That is the most answered question, not really but maybe. Ha

Shallow only in that you perhaps aren't distinguishing between temporary satisfaction (feeling good) and actual fulfillment (happiness). Nothing wrong with finding satisfaction with those things.
Or maybe you do... I couldn't say.
