During the Lewis and Clark expedition, what kind of tools did they use to hunt? e.g. bow and arrow, etc. Thanks.

They had rifles, but they lost most of their black powder in a canoe accident. They also did some trapping, and they traded with Indians for food.

There were guns on the expedition.

they had guns, pistols , flintlocks but still guns
