well adults might think that teens are the ones that cause more trouble so emidiately they think that they are the ones that cause all the violence in the neighbor hoods i dis agree, do you?

Well am an adult and I don't believe that most crime is committed by teens. Figures actually show most crime is committed by mean between the ages of 18 and 38.

Hardly the teen crowd. Perhaps it is because a lot of the crime on the seems to involve young people.

Most is caused by people in their teens to mid-thirties, so there's some truth in it. Outside that age range, violence is much less common and almost always part of a known pattern, such as drunkenness or a domestic disturbance, but even here the incidence is less.

A lot of "petty" crimes ARE committed by teenagers, such as overturning gravestones, spray painting buildings and homes, speeding, illegal drinking, illegal smoking and drugs, carrying weapons in their cars, beating each other up, gang activities, etc. That would be why.
