I accidently took my active pill a day early, i was on my sugar pill (the last one to be on the Friday, and the first active pill to be on the Saturday) and i accidently took the active pill (Saturdays Pill) on the Friday. I missed Saturday and i just took the Sunday pill on Sunday and i've continued on. I am really worried about spotting etc as I am going on holidays in less than a week, can anyone offer any advise, very nervous!!! I went to the Chemist and the lady didn't really offer much advise :(

As a health care provider, it is great to hear from someone so diligent about taking thier medications as perscribed. You will be fine. If you was going to spot from the error of taking the active pill early and then missing a pill and then resuming (right?) you would have already spotted. Keep taking them as you are. Your're at more of a risk of spotting due to 'nerves' than of the minor mistake with the pills. Calm down.
