I would imagine that someone could probably do it. I know I can't, my arms don't bend that far. It is possible if your arm is no longer attached to your body also... but at that point I would assume that you would have bigger questions to answer like... "am I going to bleed to death?" instead of thinking "Ooooh now I can finally lick my elbow"
