I have the Gateway MX6124, I know its not for gaming right out of the box.
But how do I make it for gaming??? What software or RAM or something???

I understand your system may be using 2 256 DDR2-SODIMM PC4300 (512 MB) and upgradeable to 2 GB and your video adapter is Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 900 Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT) which supports up to 128 MB shared video memory. To beef up your system, you should upgrade your RAM to 1 GB, (Get 2 512 MB DDR2-SODIMM PC4300 cards ) then change your video memory sharing to 128 MB in your BIOS. (Press F2 upon booting up).

Also, download the current Direct-x version (version 10) to play newer games.
