Okay. i live in ohio in case u guys are wondering wat the location is since its diff from state to state. well heres the story, i was absent about 15 days in august. i had a bad ulcer/stomach issue, and it would hurt so much in the morning, plus i had a transportation prob. well i had a warning in sept. so i talked to the lady and she sed its just a warning and i need to go to skewl. well since then i've been coming to skewl pretty often, but of course i am off every now and then. like wen i have a cold and the tylonel knokes me out. well out of nowhere about a few days ago i have a court order for misdemeaner...for feb 12. and this is basically all for august. the reason y i missed was cuz i was sick...and i had no way to go to a doctor, my parents both lost their job and wen they got new jobs...we couldnt get insurance untill a few months later. and my car got smashed AT SCHOOL and the school knew about it, and they said they'd take care of it. but they lied.

Yeah I noticed that you could spell but it still looks bad. If you are serious you should spell properly. I don't know how sick you have been. A lot of people exaggerate their problems to look more of a victim. Can you not take a bus to school, ride a bike or walk?

Ask for a court translator. Even though you speak English, it's still a good idea so your mom will fully understand what is going on.

You will want an attorney. The court will appoint you one if you financially qualify.

You'll probably get community service.

Good luck

If you tell the courtroom you need an interpreter then you should get one. Get a Lawyer or ask for one. Also there should have been a police report filed about the accident. Find it. Then get proof that the school failed to provide you with transportation.

Don't be late for court, for sure. I think you should not miss a minute of school. Your writing is atrocious, spelling - ugh. Capitalizing rules are ignored, numerous mystifying abbreviations are everywhere. Writing this way will never get you a job, maybe at fast food restaurant.

You definitely, need to go to school you spell as though you are very illiterate, I am not sure what will happen in some states you parents can go to jail for not making you go to school, you will go before a intake officer and they will probably have a talk with you hopefully you won't get locked up and hopefully your parents won't get locked up and tylenol does not knock you out.

Yes, you should be able to bring your sister. Also, you should request a court appointed lawyer, if nothing else but for the legal advice.
