There is a family here in Ohio where the father came here 15 years ago illegal from Mexico. After all these years he has been caught and sent back to Mexico. He has worked and bought a house here. He has 3 teenage kids here. Did the imagration people do the right thong?

Absolutely! I don't care if he'd been here for fifty years.....HE BROKE THE LAW!!!

What part of "Illegal Alien" do you people not comprehend?? By coming here illegally, he became a criminal the second his foot touched American soil.

We don't need any more criminals; Washington hates the competition!

That's so sad. He's obviously been doing the right thing, bought a house working etc.

The problem with that is, if they let him stay, people will think they can get away with it.

I wish they didn't have to send him home, but i dont know if there would be any other way?

Yes . He knew the consequences when he broke the law. The immigration people are not responsible for his family, he is, and he shirked his responsibility when he broke the law and put himself and his family in this position.
