Some people are saying "What the Blink". I haven't seen it. I wonder if you can see it on line for free? I liked the Humphrey Bogart films like "The African queen" because it showed people you could believe were a type of person and you could like them, believe in them. Makes you sense some kind of connectedness with them. We all feel disconnected because we are. The two types in "African Queen" where the religious type who seem unavailable and one of the apparently lost, Humphrey Bogart, and you say how they came to appreciate each other and both found their humanity. Not likely to happen now a days. LOL

Well, as a general rule, I don't get inspired by films, just entertained or informed...
But, believe it or not, I was most inspired by the movie "Seabiscuit."
I had read the book--which was amazing. But the movie gets me all choked up because it's all about the underdog coming out on top and how the owner generally cared about his horses and the people around him. *sniff sniff*
Loved the movie so much, I named my dog after Seabiscuit. LOL

"Saving Private Ryan". No question. The beginning and the end made the point about "not wasting what has been given to us" by those that gave their lives in WWII. I've walked the beach at Omaha in France. It sent chills up my spine. That generation demonstrated what sacrifice meant. Too bad much of it has been forgotten today.

Finding Forrester
The boy in this movie could have stayed in The Bronx and not let on to anyone that he had talent. Because of who he met, he went the right way. The person he met also turned around and went the right way.
Tried really hard to do this without spoiling the movie too much.

Babel. This is a film everyone needs to watch! It makes you think - if this is the world we live in, shouldn't we be doing something about it?

Pay It Forward..... It showed that through the innocence and faith of a child great things can happen. He trusted everyone to pay a favor forward and not only did it work on the small group he started out with, but it took over everywhere.
It is also one of the saddest movies I have ever seen and I watch it every time I find it on t.v.

The Notebook cuz it taught me to love again and its sooo sad at the same time.
If you love someone right now you'll know what I'm talkin' about.
I'll love someone but...I don't know, I want my story to be just like The Notebook, sure there were hard times in it but then again life's hard but there love wasn't,its what kept them together in the first place.
LOVE=<3

American Beauty. Makes you realize how frivolous material objects are in the grand scheme of things and how obsessed Americans have become with "keeping up with the Jones's".

Gridiron Gang inspired me to change my life. It shows what happens when people do bad. It also shows that anyone can be whatever they want to be. It was a good movie.
