Lots of variables to your question, sweetie.

ONE : Are you having what would be considered an average sex life? Average would be with one partner, and enjoy sexual relations about 2 times per week.

TWO : Do you have an average period? Average would be a 28 day cycle, with ovulation occuring roughly around 14 days after the first day of your period.

THREE : Are you average height and weight? Average for a 25 year old female is 120 and about 5'6". Variations of that can affect fertility and cycle.

What it comes down to is this.......IF you fit into the average catagories (or reasonably close to them), then your chances for getting pregnant without planning just by stopping contraception is about 35% on average. This would be without doing temp tests, ovulation tests, or any other out of the ordinary preparation.

I'd say about 50/50. I think it also depends on how long u've been on bc. I think the longer u've been on it, the harder it is to get pregnant, or something like that. But I could be wrong. That's just what I've been told through the grapevine. However, everyone's body is different so it's just what your fate is and what your body is ready for.

It really depends on a case by case basis, but I'd say 50/50.
