Yes, but not while they were my teacher. I had a few teachers that I had a lot of respect for and once I graduated we did keep in touch and spent time together. Not so much now, but I do see or hear from them once in a while still.

Back when I was in grade school I was probably 12 then. I had one teacher she was way older maybe 40 or something. I had a lotta problems going on in my family life then and I would talk to her about it all the time and she would help me out with that. We talked all the time and she took me out to eat a few times and to this day i still talk with her Im 25 now. She is not only just a friend to me but like a second mom as well. Now anything sexual with a teacher I think is wrong but just to be friends nothing wrong with that.

Yeah. Some teachers are really cool people, and I have fun talking to them like after school, or during lunch, but not outside of school. I have had a lot of teachers that are my friends, range? 34-67. I enjoy learning from them as a student as well as a friend. But if a teacher is making moves on ya run away screaming bloody hell to high heaven!!! (Molester teachers are the grosses thing on this planet)

Yeah, its normal to be friends with your teacher. But not like, hanging outside of school friends.
1) Teachers are too old and that could cause suspicion of pedifiles or something.

I haven't really had a teacher be my friend, unless they were already a friend of the family. On the other hand, I'm friends with one of my coaches for ski racing. I'm 15, and he's 23

Yes, He's actually my English teacher and he jokes about obnoxious stuff, really stupid but funny. He does help me out on some stuff=D

Yes,I had teacher that turn out to be my friends.We hang-out on the weekends and most of the teachers are girls.

I have,and she was in her thirties. I think some teachers are cool,but you keep some things professional and other things for outside of school.
