if you can get onto the system you can do a search for *.pwl this is where the passwords are saved in a file. if you don't need the passwords for the rest of the system then you can delete this file and all passwords will be wiped out. you can also do a search for password recovery program on google. i had one few weeks ago for all store windows password but forget what it is... hope this helps.........

boot into safe mode and hope that the system admin doesn't have a password, from there go into the user accounts and delete your old password. If not then you get to reinstall the OS.

restart and then press CTRL+ALT+DELETE at the welcome screen and then click RESET PASSWORD
