Ever hear of Rodrigo y Gabriela? While not in the genre you are looking for, they are two musicians from Mexico City who made names for themselves busking in the streets of Dublin, Ireland. They were on Letterman and Leno the last couple of months. They are absolute class. Well worth checking out.

Youtube them and see them in action.
