Are these credits enough to send in a resume to disney channel?
10 years of dance (going on 11)
4 plays & 1 skit for my S.Studies class (all with major roles)
2 years of choir

Yeah thats really good maybe if u have ever been in any musicals or anything like that you might wanna tell more about the plays you did and other than that its very good!!!! i hope you make it!!!!

Expand on the 10 years of dance experience, show the level and types. You need to stand apart from other applicant so find a way to write the experience so that you sound like their best option.

I would guess that this is not the best forum for getting a good opinnion on this question. Why not find an agent and ask him or her? Talent agents really know what the requirements are, and also what the "look" is that people are trying to get for movies/TV.
