Super bad coustomer service. Get Verizon Wireless or Cingular. There's the cool iphone from cingular comming in june.

Its whatever to whomever...I have T-mobile and have never had any problems with them; in fact they have been very accomodating to me even when I purchased a phone that was not covered by their service...(they hooked me up and gave me the codes to my unlocked European phone
( Have been with the company for 5 years now...)

overall they are a decent cell company, coverage isn't nearly as large as cingular or verizon but there service is usually a bit cheaper.

yes although they are the only company with the side kick they have the worst service expensive and not worth it go for verizon
