I have a mole under my collar bone that only shows when i wear a bathing suit. The only way to hide it is by wearing my hair down..but then the back of my neck does not get tan. Is there anything I can do to make it not noticable. Makeup will wash off in the pool [even waterproof] i have tried, I've had one removed and I dont want to do that again, uhh please help me!!

The mole is part of who you are. If it is causing a problem, see a doctor to have it removed. After removal, it will be a small scar that will fade with time. If it is not a problem, be proud of it, show it off.

Why don't you want to get it removed? Unless your doctor was a complete moron, it's a relatively quick and painless procedure. I've had dozens removed.
If you're not willing to wear makeup, I suppose the only way to hide the mole is with a band-aid, but people might assume you have an open cut and tell you not to swim in a pool.
So, I dunno. A magic spell, maybe?

Have your doctor freeze it off. Takes five minutes and doesn't hurt. It falls off in a couple days.
