The best job for you, me, or someone else?
It depends on what you want out of life.
movie critic = highly visible. Film VIPs may woo you, or revile you. It may or may not be lucrative, and may or may not be steady work. You may never be able to get a paying job. People will either love you or hate you and they will all tell you about it. And whether they love you or hate you may change from one review to the next. If you don't take it personally when your house gets egged for something that you have said in the media, this may be the job for you.
accountant = Accounting can be a good, steady living, and can be lucrative. It can also be deadly boring. It's honorable, valuable, necessary work, but I just couldn't be a bean counter. Maybe I just don't understand what it is that accountants do.
pediatrician = Takes a lot of years to get there before you even know if you're any good at it. You're a hero! You're also the person that little kids fear, because you're the one poking them with needles and making them sit in frigid rooms for hours dressed in a paper towel.
Ugh, if I had to choose one of these, I’d try for movie critic. But more importantly – what do YOU want?

The best job of those would be the one that you're the most interested in and would enjoy going to day in and day out. Money is not going to make you happy so choose a career where you'll be happy about going to each day. Money wise....pediatrician.
