A general education teacher is not specialized to do the recommended assessments and make placement decisons, that would left to the Learning Resource Teachers or Special Education teachers. They would however take part in program planning and IEP development while working wiht the LRT or SpecEd Teachers and implement those accommodations, etc in the classroom.

If the question concerns a specialzed teacher than it would be D because they would take part in each step of the students assessment, accommodations, modifications, placement, etc.

Hope this helps Good luck
