maybe ,.at first i was going to write something altogether different
but i`ve wiped it and this is coming from a cold dark place where a long long time ago there was a heart Theres a little girl hiding somewhere there alone and too scared to let go in case she`s lost for ever but she waited for so long now and she`s drifted so far away no one will ever manage to reach her

That depends on if you are talking about letting go of life or letting go of a relationship. If it's the latter, I would say that I'm waiting for someone to tell me, "You will find love again", though it'd have to be someone credible. Or maybe I am just waiting to hear it from myself, and believe it. Additionally, I'd love to hear someone say, "I will catch you and let you know everything will be OK." Of course, I don't have anyone in my life who can do that, which is probably one reason why I am still in an unsatisfying relationship.

I`m waiting for myself to say and do it as by holding on to something and someone who doesn`t want me anymore is only causing me more pain,hopefully sometime soon i`ll be able to let him go and not feel scared to face the world alone with my son,fingers crossed.

I have waited. But I realized that I wasn't ready to let go. There's too many things in this world that I haven't experienced yet. I realized I hadn't truly lived yet. How could I let go to a life that wasn't fully lived????

if i have the desire to let go i dont wait for aproval it is my life and my decision....
eg ur friends feet are tied to a rope and you are holding thier arms. if u fall you WILL die.
if you dont the ropse will snap and you will BOTH die...
as either way you will die i would let go and in your death you know that life is left. it is a purpose to go.
do you really think your friend would say let go i want to live?
well i know mine wouldnt ( not if they had to give a truth full answer)
so its better to just do than ask sometimes
