You only have to go back 14 to find the best and the worst that I have seen. I used to think that Reagan was bad but it don't compare to the damage that George Bush has done to this country. Reagan at least had some good things and I can only think of one good thing that George Bush has done since being appointed to the presidency. That was his response to 9/11 and his going to Afghanistan to go after the people responsible for it. It has been all down hill every since.
Edit: and the best Bill Clinton, he ran the business of the country better then anybody I have ever saw. He made several things better. This with a hostile congress for most of his presidency

To be a international chief you would be able to a minimum of be conscious of undemanding geography, i doubt he even knew the place Nigeria substitute into. yet he's not the only one with loss of Geography Roosevelt as quickly as have been given of the prepare and have been given the incredibly State incorrect, yeah in the rustic he substitute into chief off. yet substitute into he the worst? i can't remark on that i'm Irish and how might have i voted? in a television poll. i might have voted particular as a rubbish chief on the international of politics yet like i say i'm Irish usa politics has no impact on me or pursuits me yet usa president is a sizable cheese that concerns on the international scale while he steps of the aircraft into Europe and starts meddling with issues way above his intelligence.

JFK the best. He had enough with government sponsored terrorism, ex. the ever famous Operation Northwoods. It almost got put into effect to engage Cuba during the missle crisis. He also wanted to abolish the Federal banks. All the good he was trying to premote ended w/ his assassination.
The worst, I'll just put our last 3 as one since they're all tied together aiming for world domination.

Just looking at their individual presidential terms and not spewing some personal opinion, it's Carter hands down. Clinton being a close second.

Worst has to be Bush, by a long chalk.
Best - JFK, probably, had he been allowed to serve a full term;
Best we never had: RFK, who had learned the lessons.
Good gone wrong: LBJ. We forget his vision for the 'Great Society,' which he was well on the way towards implementing before getting caught up in the Vietnam fiasco. You can make a good case (based on quite a lot of evidence) that JFK's experience with the military would have meant that he would never have allowed himself to get seduced by the generals in the way that LBJ did.
