use a small amount of Vaseline and then cut a Sm piece of plastic wrap just enough to cover it plus 1/3 " and then use duct tape do not take it off for a week and then remove it and clean it and do it again for five days. And repeat
warts need air to live and by cutting off the air the will smother the sides will lift and eventually you can pull it off.
word of warning even when you can pull it off apply the tape again
the way planters warts work is that they have babies and you can kill the "mother"wart and a baby is still there so I would go at least five days to ten past the death of mother wart.
if you do not like to looks of duct tape you can get a good medical tape just make sure that it is water proof and good and sticky
if the tape starts to come off apply more without taking off the old every time the wart gets air it will live longer
This treatment will work for any type of wart and it does not $$ much and most people have the stuff at home and do not have to go any where

Wal-Mart has treatments in it's pharmacy section. There is one in particular that is like a band-aid type thing that has a medicine in it that will pull out the plantar wart. If you use it everyday like you're supposed to, they should be gone in time. Also they are very contagious and you can spread them to others. Your doctor may also be able to provide you with something.

Tea tree oil. You can pick this up at any health food store, even at a Trader Joe if you live near one. It comes in a small glass bottle and usually costs about 5 or 6 dollars. This bottle will last you for years.
Take a small amount on your finger and then rub it on the area of the warts. Do not touch it to anything until it dries. Tea tree oil kills bacteria and fungus...it soaks into the skin and goes to the root of the problem. Depending on how big your problem is, it should go away in less than a few weeks. Mine went away in about 10 days. You can apply it up to 3 times a day, unless your skin is very sensitive then you will have to adjust. I have used this and it works well for warts as well as pimples.
One word of caution, do not let the tea tree oil come in contact with anything plastic or polyester as it will soften it and most likely ruin it. It is very safe for the skin...also do not swallow. Keep only in a glass container.
Additional usage:
I keep a small glass jar in my bathroom ( about 6 - 8 oz.) filled with water and I put 5 to 10 drops of tea tree oil in it and mix it up. When I go to clean my face I dip a cotton ball in the jar and then clean my face with it. Then let it air dry. I have not had a pimple in a very long time since I started doing this.

Silver duct tape. No lie!! Take a small piece and tape the wart everyday. Give it two weeks....and it's gone.
