a couple with blood type AA(ernest) and blood type BB(Denise) can only have kids with ab blood but tonjo has o. However they could have the blood type AO and BO which is the only explination. AA and AO are both read as A and BB and BO are both read as B, which is what would cause confusion.

So, to answer the original question, yes, Micheal and Danielle can have an O Baby ( this is shown above)
