In case you havent noticed, Puerto Ricans, Domincans, and Many Carribeans, have African Ancestry, so they think its ok for them to use the N word. But if blacks dont mind, then so be it, but it also surprises me that not many people know that puerto ricans and dominicans have black ancestry....If they did, this question would not even have come up.

i think of Latinos sense that in the time of u.s., they're greater or much less grouped in with Blacks politically. and because many Latinos have some Black ancestry ( Puerto Ricans & Dominicans specifically ) of their genealogy, despite if in basic terms from some time past, and the reality that they suspect they co-created Hip Hop with African human beings, some decide to think of of themselves as "honorary" Blacks entitled to each and all of the nuances & privileges that incorporate that , which incorporate a liberal use of the N be conscious

Honestly, I cannot listen to a white person say the "n" word without wondering. Its history coming out of the mouths of whites and what it implicated is a real part of my consciousness.
Do I have white friends who sling the word around in my presence, yes. Do I think they are racist, no. But I tend to move toward suspicious when a white person says it.
Latinos, Puerto Rican...Our histories are more relateable.
No, I am not PC but I am still hyper aware of race in America and all its implications...and yes, it sucks.

First of all no one is "allowed" to use it. Puerto Ricans and Dominicans have African ancestry, and as such, in a very "sick way" believe that are entitled to use and be called by this derogatory term.

Nobody should be allowed to use that word.
But, I would rather see a Latino person use it rather than a white. Their history is more similar to blacks.

That word has too much power. It really means ignorance. Ignorance is everywhere these days.
