I am in 9th grade and need a long formal for my winter dress. I would like one that doesnt look too much like prom but still cute. My upper body is kinda big so i am having trouble finding a dress that will fit and still in my price range...

Try Dillards of something like that. They usually have dresses for most sizes, and in a lot of cute colors, and plenty of upper body room.

Try Macy's, David's Bridal, JCPenney's. They all have formal dresses, and good sales regularly. You may want to get one that best fits your upper body and have the lower portion altered to fit.

Torrid is good depending on what style of dress, you can also look at David's bridal, they have forma/prom style dresses that are really cute and in larger sizes.

Try Davids bridal because they have a great clearance section. And they have dresses thta are not so prom looking too. They also have a great plus size section...

I would try Cache, Macy's, Dillards, or Group USA...That's where I've found really nice dresses! Between all of those stores, I'm sure you can find something to compliment your body! Good luck! :)

Maceys has beautiful formal dress and believe it or not you can also check with a bridal shop they carry different gowns for brides maids .
