Try a scrapyard, you should be able to get a replacement part from there, you could go to a main dealer but they would charge you the earth.

Check your yellow pages for automotive or car Upholstery repair and get a few estimates.

Your local used car dealer can usually refer you to someone who can perform the repair.

look in the phone book under detail, body shop areas for interior repair companies.

or you can call up any car dealership in town and ask them who they use for interior repairs. there are guys that run around town in trucks that fix used cars interior for car lots, its why they look so good on the lot.

these guys will come to your house, fix the burns, etc. no replacement of panels, no nothing. One door, few burns, wouldn't guess anything more than $100 or less. Might even be less if you meet them on a dealers lot so they don't have to drive to you.
