it's hard to be over weight.. obese or even a bit chubby and not have it thrown in your face.. remember who you are and what you're made of.
I could say of how well we are off having clothing in the first place opposed to those who don't but that's not the kind of stuff that makes you feel better.. just a little guilty..
suggestion: strip down to your underwear.. put on a happy dance tune.. and dance in your living room :) lol be proud to be a beautiful woman rather than someone or something fake. You obviously worked hard for that 5 pounds so celebrate it! who cares what others think. its wat you think. and what you feel.
make the most of it :)
Good work!

Try to think happy thoughts, at 5'7", 150 is not a bad weight, you do not have to be a toothpick!! I find that trying on clothes, when I was heavy, was very depressing, and should be avoided, it is not fun. Just find some thing professional looking that is flattering on you, forget what the size says, in fact get a sharpie, and change the number if that makes you feel better. You want to feel good about yourself, so you will be confident, and ace that interview. Good luck, I'm sure you will look and do great!!

Congrats on losing your weight... I also struggle with my weight.. but what gets my spirits up is going to the gym and working out for a bit.. I know that it might be difficult for some, but believe it or not, you actually feel better knowing that you have done a little bit extra to get yourself healthy...
I saw a friend of mine yesterday that had lost 25kgs... she had always struggled with her weight.. but she finally lost it with exercise and healthy eating... I kinda felt jealous (but not envious or hateful.. I was still happy for her) that she had lost the weight and I hadnt.. but I went to the gym and felt much better knowing that I could lose it too, if I just worked towards my goal...
You'll get there Hun! For the moment just think to yourself that you can do it too..

To you I say, CONGRATS losing weight is not easy for most, but YOU lost 5lbs, you have proved to yourself you can do it. I've lost 20lbs my strategy is I think of foods that make me fat as paydays I get paid every 2 weeks so I eat whatever I want on my payday , But I dont eat those foods any other days of the week. As time has passed I find I crave them less and less. Dont push yourself to hard cuz you'll get discouraged just take it one day at a time and try to keep busy, If your busy your not at the fridge. I wish you the best of luck!

ITZ you're directly to a minimum of something i'm unquestionably no longer fat and unquestionably no longer skinny i'm what i think of i ought to loose 20lbs yet i've got been advised I carry my weight ok and that i for one dress for my weight and experience very tender in my very own epidermis and that i've got self belief very beautiful i've got been the thin variety and starved maximum of my existence i think of fat and only sloppy is gross yet i think of looking wholesome and being a "little" larger is okay as long as your pleased with it and your wholesome and your physician is okay inclusive of your weight and this is all correct to the vibe you place out and individuals p.c.. up on that the way you communicate, walk and frequently carry your self have self belief it no longer i've got had only as many women individuals hit on me as adult adult males, this is extremely flattering, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, I do want adult adult males, yet i assume i'm only an exceptionally mushy feeley female and positioned out a sexual (no longer overly) or no longer slutty vibe only an affectionate one, so be your self and maximum of all be tender with who you're and others will to

For most women, ten pounds equals one dress size; that's why your five-pound loss -- while a good start -- just wasn't enough to make a difference in the dressing room.
Think of it this way: You lost five pounds. You *know* you can do it, therefore you know you can do it again. So do whatever worked -- do it again.
Best of luck to you.

Get back some excerise to boost your spirits, and then put on some sweats, what a movie and some Ben and Jerry's FY. I struggle too, 5'4 and 140. It will pass.
