have any of u tried weight loss pills????? If so, did they work??? Which ones have u tried?????/

BE CAREFUL WITH DIET PILLS.... If you take them you can mess up your body permanently, I took them when I was 16 and now mysteriously I have a thyroid problem while no body in my family does, My doctor told me it could be the pills, Basically don't take them, drink more water, no soda pop, exercise, watch what you eat and you will loose weight, I would try to eat more naturally for instance eat things like fruit and vegetables.If its a real problem and you have tried the above advice consult a doctor they can point you in the right direction.

Honey if you are considering diet pills get advice from someone very close to you and ask their thoughts on this diet pill thing just don't get crazy over the pill ask yourself why do i think i need these pills I'm sure you are great just the way you are and always be yourself don't change for anything or anyone.

Tried Xenadrine EFX a year or so ago with my fiancee and we didn't lose that much weight using them. They also got us jittery if we didn't work out with taking them.

The best way is the way the other answerers have said... work out and eat healthy. Drink a LOT of water. Talk to your doctor about a diet and exercise plan.

Pills will not work.

Don't use them. It's horrible. To lose weight, the real secret is to enjoy your food. Eat it slowly so your body has time to digest and you'll get full with less food. Also ditch the french fries, soda, candy and go for fresh strawberries, etc. I think its called something like the "french diet" and it's supposed to be really good.

Honestly pills don't work. And they can make you sick. The best thing to lose weight is to watch what you eat and exercise regularly.

girl...how fake can you get...its all about the exercise and healthy foods...i know that is what everyone says but it works..plus weight loss pills wont give you the health you need to go with that body

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
