I have trouble following driving directions. I'm more of a visual person. I need someone to draw me a strip map.

Driving directions? Only if someone gives long winded ones.
Once I realize I won't be able to remember all of them I stop trying. I smile, nod, let them finish, and say thank-you.
Then go as far as I did remember, and ask someone else.
