Could someone please describe and discuss their understanding of the Social Work profession?.?

You help or/and support people who are underprivileged, out of work, drug uses, child abusers, etc etc with in the department or section you work to help such people. The golden rule of social work is do not judge, question how where or why these people are doing or have done what ever, only when it is your job to ask so, that is when you are working in that section.

Social work is primarily a profession concerned with addressing social problems and seeking to develop increased person-environment; environment-person fit. There is a major focus on social justice.
