how do you take music that you downloaded from limewire and put it onto itunes or right onto your ipod??

After you finish downloading the song, right click it and select "Explore", and you'll be taken to the actual file itself (in the folder where it was downloaded to).
You can then right-click the file, and select to play it in iTunes, or just drag it over to your iPod's.

initially you should have been asked for a folder to place downloads in, however if you would like to change this location click on tools>options and click the browse button
to add these songs to itunes you can click file>import

Go on to explore in your library and drag across.
