Greens always go good with black hair. Just use an EXTREMELY pale green eyeshadow from your lash line to your brow line. Then use a medium green or shimmey gold from your lash line to your crease. Use a dark green in your crease. Then apply a black mascara. Use a light pink blush and a sheer lip gloss.

DONT whatever you do
use a Rouge Red on your lips.... it just looks cheap with dark hair
You can however wear redlipstick
but use one with a more brownish tone to compliment both ur eyes and your hair..
If you dont already I'd suggest investing in some good makeup brushes you woudl be amazed at how much nicer your makeup will come out when applied with the proper tools,
they seriously make brushes for EVERYTHING!
my personal fav is the slanted eyeliner brush... you can use it with eyeshadows and use them to line your eyes!
Green and Blue and Purple look great with brown eyes.
Gold also looks cool with black hair :)
good luck

ok so i would use a liqued foundation not powder and i would use natural colors and no blush....deffinatly some eye liner and XXX mascara....it has a white side and a black side so it will give more length then on your lips find a light cream color and gloss over it....this all sound like a lot of make up but apply it lightly and just mess with it and have fun (it wont seem like to much)

If you want to stand out use red lipstick and flashy colours for your eyes like pinks, light blues or greens. and use mascara to make your eyes pop. Since your pale use a bronzer and a little pink blush on ur cheeks. If you want to look natural but still wear makeup use browns, and pink lipstick.

less is more, just go for a natural look. even out your skin if needed w/ a light base makeup, a little blush and lipgloss. for nights, add eyeliner.
