Id suffer it 3 years from now.... i really hate this kind of disease....pls i really need your help cause it will help me a lot

sinusitis is a real face ache i have nasal spray for mine get some off your gp it helps

I have had sinusitis since I was little but have had a sinus infection for 6 years . Drink water to flush them out , take allergy medicine if necessary , keep away from people who cough or sneeze without covering thier face , they will only reinfect you.

i had that, i woke up one morning and my eye and face was all swollen, the doc gave me antibiotics which helped at the time but it happened again 2 year later and still the doc just gave me antibiotics, so i know for sure it will come back again but this time i will tell him to see if there is anything else i could get xx

My sister had that. She had to get shots for 3 +- years. But its gone.

facial massage by a qualified therapist can be extremely helpful for sinusitis.it can be very relieving
