I am starting to feel there is a connection between feeling unloved and feeling cold although in fairness,
it is more likely to be related to ur metabolism and
the amount of body fat. I did notice that u seem to be quite slim so ur % body fat is probably quite low, like mine.
If u feel cold, i would lend u my blanket.
or i might give it to u to keep.
hope that makes u feel warmer!
have a hug too!
u could try wearing a hat as a lot of heat is lost thru that area cos of the amount of blood that passes thru i think. u would look pretty cool in one of those cosey white ones!
i had a look. guess who was wearing it??
Sienna Miller!....see

Your cold because you have thin blood, do you take blood thinners or maybe a lot of aspirin? if so this will cause you to be cold all of the time, Also, you will get cold if you are an anemic, and this will result in you needing to take iron pills to build up your blood. So if you are taking a lot of aspirin product you need to stop taking them for a while or at least until your blood gets like it is suppose to be, You need to have your self checked to see if there is something wrong and if you are an anemic the doctor will put you on iron pills. I have been there and I hate the cold!!

I have that same problem! But I'm anemic. I turn blue and everything when I'm cold and the heat can be on in the house. No one's cold but me and I'm over there turning blue and going numb. See if anemia runs in your family or something.

Low metabolic rate = low core temp. Do aerobics regularly or drink hot liquids throughout the day. Or one or some of the other responses for that. (Assuming you don't have a circulatory disorder.)

Iron
Your iron count is low..also, I saw this on tv the other day. If you drink alot of caffenie..its restricks your blood flood to your your hands and feet. Your blood warms you.
Try daily vitamins to get your iron and switch to diet soda's if your a soda drinker

It's possible that you have an underactive thyroid gland. Have you ever been checked?
Also - try putting on a sweatshirt or a sweater.

Your thyroid may not be working as it should be. Go see a Doc. about this because it is life threatening.

Broken thermostat. Me too!
Could your thyroid be out of whack? It's a simple enough test.
