Can someone please tell me what the tv show Heroes is about?

a group of individuals with "special talents" of superhuman details, who are linked by an event and they don't know it, each other or that anyone else has their abilities...until a few of them figure it all out, and do what it takes to meet and prevent some really bad thing from happening...presumably to save the earth. It is a really well written, highly thought-provoking intelligent show and my family is totally addicted!!! A lot of fun crammed into one hour a week..

Heroes is a show about ordinary people who discover they have extraordinary abilities like flying, spontaneous regeneration, teleportation, doble personalities and so on. The show stands out because they're not your everyday heroes wearing spandex and fighting the good fight. These are everyday people trying to get through life and dealing with these abilities that they don't know where they came from nor how to control them. As the story goes by they find out that somehow they're all connected and have to find a way to stop New York City from evaporating under a mushroom cloud: a nuclear blast. And while doing that they also have to be careful of people who know about them and want to study them and kill them.

The main theme of the show is evolution. A genetics doc figured out all these people that have evolved and have special abilities and there are two sets of people trying to find them to let them know they could be in danger. It's pretty close to xmen but still a good show. It moves kind of slow because t.v loves to drag things out, but it will hopefully stay interesting.

Sup if you don't like it, don't watch it.
The show is about some people who were attended by a doctor for different types of mental problems like sleepless, but for some reason they been developing different powers. There is the possible destruction of the city of N.Y. and they have to avoid this. The serie is very good, watch it.

Just an awesome killer show about people from different places learning they have abilities the rest of mankind do not, and they will eventually need to come together to prevent something terrible from happening to the world..
Kind of like Superfriends, but better..
