I am from Colorado. I hear an awful lot about the Queen Mary. (not the big boat). You can find it on line I am sure. There have to be a ton in LA and you might try West Hollywood also. I prefer straight bars myself. The women in gay and cd bars are not really appealing to me, or me to them. I have more fun in the straight bars when dressed female. I am a guy. Don't be too afraid, Crossdressing bar might be a good stepping stone for you though.
